Layla gave me 3 gorgeous doelings (and 1 buckling) in 2021. Due to a paperwork error the kids fell under the Oak Apple herd name, though they are indeed Twin Pears kids. I had to seriously study each kid to pick my keeper, because they were all quite nice (I really split hairs to decide). My keeper doe, Bedtime Story, rose to the top and proved herself quite worthy of the selection when she earned her first leg in August 2021. She freshened too late in 2022 to make the show circuit, but made a great start at the 2023 National Show, where she placed 17th in the largest class of 85 entries! She is a stunning and sweet doe who easily passes her beautiful dairy strength to her offspring.
