We sold Sweetie as a kid and having the opportunity to visit with her as a yearling, realized I’d made a mistake letting her go. Lucky for us, in January of 2022 her buyer reached out and offered us the opportunity to buy her back, having retained 4 lovely doelings from Sweetie in her first 2 freshenings. We weren’t going to let her slip out of our hands this time and Sweetie rejoined the herd in February 2022. We immediately got her on milk test and by August 2022 she had not only acheived her AR milk star but also achieved 98% on the ELITE list. Sweetie is very long and deep bodied with huge teats and generously sized orifices, scoring 50 in teat length. She’s a dream to milk and also lives up to her name–she’s very sweet! We’re so glad to have Sweetie back in our herd.
