I was looking to add some Better Wayz genetics to my herd and got to talking to LeRoy Satter at Till-Riv Farm. He told me about the kids he was most excited about in his 2023 crop, and without hesitation he said “Oky and Zipper’s.” The combo was a perfect combination of the Better Wayz genetics I was seeking, combined with our existing Sugar Moon genetics. Oky and Zipper produced three outstanding bucklings and LeRoy let me have first pick (even above himself). When I came to visit I knew instantly that Catch was the guy for me–long and level with a beautiful rump and strong front end. Just a few weeks later I got to watch his dam, Springwater AL Oky Doky, finish her permanent championship. We can’t wait to see our first Catch kids in 2024!
